The combi oven is controlled by the rotary knob and touch display. 

Hot air
When the oven is switched on, it defaults to the hot air function. Touch the number of degrees on the touch display and change it with the rotary knob to the desired number of degrees. Then press the clock on the right to set the time with the dial. To start the oven, press the start button on the right.

Grill 
The combi oven has several grill options. First, turn the oven on with the on/off button. Then use the rotary knob to go to one of the grill options: grill large/small/circulation grill. Then select the number of degrees by pressing the degrees on the touch display. Set the degrees with the rotary knob. Then set the time with the button with the clock on the right. After this, you can start it with the start/stop button.

Microwave
The microwave function can be activated by first pressing the on/off button. Then press the menu button and select the microwave function. You can use the rotary knob to select the number of watts. Then press the start button.

Preheating
Preheating the oven can be done by first turning on the oven with the on/off button. Then select the number of degrees at which you want to preheat and press the preheat button next to the button with the clock. Then press the start/stop button and the oven will start to preheat.
